van Asch Pinot Noir Rose

 
Only available in selected years, parcels from the Central Otago vineyards are used for the van Asch Rose. The juice has around 12 hours of skin contact prior to fermentation to be then drained to into stainless steel tanks. The wine is left on fermentation lees for weight and texture before fining and bottling.

 
The van Asch Pinot Noir Rose displays a myriad of red berry fruit, and floral complexities on the nose. The palate shows a retained residual sweetness, which balances with the warm texture of this wine.
 
The mid weight structure in this wine make it a fantastic wine to sample any time of day, especially when accompanying celebrations.
