3 years in the making – good Bubbles are worth waiting for! This wine has a combination of fruit from different vintages and underwent tirage in March 2007 then finally disgorged in July 2008. Being non vintage the style will remain consistent from year to year.
With a fine bead and a great expression of new world sparkling wine, Freefall Bubbles is cleansing, refreshing and invigorating.
Designed to excite and satisfy the Chardonnay gives the front palate structure with butterscotch and Braeburn apple notes while also adding fruit weight and creaminess to the mid palate. The Pinot Noir provides subtle berry characters delivering a bubbly that is upbeat, stylish and a pleasure to have in your glass.
