van Asch Riesling
The van Asch Riesling hails from one of the smallest vineyards in Central Otago, the Winehouse vineyard adjacent to the Winehouse & Kitchen restaurant in Gibbston.
The aim with this wine is to have rich fruit flavours, high extract, and a ripe mineral acidity while also displaying the Central Otago ‘terroir’. The wines have aromas of stonefruit, and floral notes balanced by retaining natural sweetness in harmony with ripe, mineral acidity to create a classically styled Central Otago Riesling.
