Sample Itinerary for an Evening Wedding
 
Guests arrive at 6pm (After having ceremony off-site)
Guests greeted with a glass of van Asch Pinot Noir Rose, a glass of Champagne or your choice from our wine list.  Depending on numbers and weather, guests can mingle on the croquet green, courtyard or in the house itself.  The Winehouse and Kitchen staff to tray pass canapés.
 
Guests seated at 6.45pm
Guests are directed to their tables by staff, and wines are poured for the announcement welcoming the Bride and Groom.
 
Orders taken at 7.00pm      Staff to take orders for all courses
The Meal
        Entrée served at 7.15pm
        Mains served at 7.45pm
        Dessert, speeches & cake cutting at 8.30pm
        Tea, coffee, sweet treats and cake at 9.00pm
 
Dancing from 9.00pm
 
Guests depart at 12.00am
 
We have estimated these time frames to give you an idea on the approximate running schedule for the evening. 
 
Please note that these times may vary up to ten minutes depending on numbers.  We are happy to move the speeches to a more convenient time for you.
